Sustainability
ESP, as a company, have shaped a sustainability strategy that can support our company values whilst continuing to understand and develop our client’s sustainability strategies. Sustainability starts at ‘home’ with the individual, it starts with people’s attitude and behaviours towards sustainability.  As a company, ESP has developed strategies and  initiatives that put sustainability as a focus point of all we do. We are assisting many of our clients in hitting challenging sustainability to be ‘net’ Carbon zero by 2030.

Growing size and sector base
We have continuously expanded both in size and coverage, with offices nationwide in Croydon, Peterborough, Edinburgh and Manchester. We have also developed and retained a diverse client base across a range of sectors including Retail, Banking & Finance, Leisure, Commercial, Education, Residential, Industrial and Health. These skills are utilised on the frameworks we are currently working on with leading businesses and local authorities.

Over the last 25 years we have focused on and have successfully developed long-term relationships with clients to ensure that we are delivering a service aligned with their business objectives. Our innovative thinking means we are constantly driving improvements to provide the best possible solutions and our unique strategic skills allow us to mould our service offerings to client needs. Our innovative sustainability solutions allow our clients to achieve energy reductions, save revenue and drive their net zero carbon agendas. 
 
Investing in our staff
We are accredited to Investors in People and are dedicated to investing in our staff and their continued development, through individual training courses as well as regular company-wide CPD events. The well-being of our staff is one of our core values and we have a excellent process to support our staff that ensure they have an excellent work/life balance.
 
Constantly improving our service offering
We are continuing to develop our service offering, particularly in strategic planning and critical environments, and continue to invest in future plans for developing skills that benefit our clients. We are also certified to the quality management standard ISO: 9001, as well as being committed to sustainable construction, employing in-house low carbon and sustainability consultants.
