Project Description:
The project is formed of two phases. Phase one is the high specification Cat B fit-out of a new build commercial space at 3 Valentine Place and the other is a refurbishment of their existing office space at 2-4 Valentine Place. On completion of the 3 Valentine Place, Kobalt will transfer their operations into 3 Valentine Place from 2-4 and then the 2-4 refurbishments will be undertaken. On completion of all the works, Kobalt will occupy both spaces.
The works involve the adjustment and upgrade to the landlord M&E air movement systems and a small element of structural works in creating a glass floor.
