Project Milestone Achieved

Commissioning complete in Belfast and London.

Over the last few weeks, director Alistair McLean has been visiting Belfast and London to close out the final commissioning and witnessing of critical systems at two recently refurbished offices.

This marks the final stage of projects that have been in planning, design, and construction for the past four years – a fantastic milestone and a testament to the collaborative effort across multiple teams.

A great effort from everyone at Morris & Spottiswood, Heron Bros, and ESP Limited in bringing these projects over the line. A special shout-out to Joe Elliott, Robert Morson, and Aaron Kerrigan for helping close out the final defects, and to the ESP team of Jeremy Gould, Perry Rozario, David Opoku, and Michael Liddle for their continued support throughout the commissioning and witnessing process. Your collective effort has been key to delivering this success.

While smoke extract tests and generator runs don’t lend themselves to particularly exciting photos, here are a few highlights from both cities instead.
