An innovative and forward-thinking building services design consultancy

Engineering Services Partnership (ESP) brings a fresh approach to the sector, focusing on collaborative relationships and technically compliant, energy-conscious, commercially efficient building services design and consulting.

We do this by combining our engineering expertise with a strong commercial focus and relationship-driven approach to all our commissions. This results in successful projects that meet client requirements and are delivered cost-effectively and on time.

This approach has allowed us to grow significantly and has ensured repeat business across our client base. We’re continually innovating our services to meet clients’ ever-evolving needs, and we’re always pushing boundaries.

Such principles have made us highly successful in the banking, critical facilities, logistics, commercial offices and retail sectors.

ESP has four main offices in Croydon, Peterborough, Edinburgh and Manchester, to serve our nationwide clients and projects.

We’re also an active corporate citizen and have embedded CSR and environmental practices into our day-to-day operations.

Key strengths

  • Holistic and innovative solutions. We deliver technically sound, sustainable, commercially viable projects that exceed expectations, and are driven by a commitment to challenge norms and think creatively.
  • Tailored responsiveness. Every client and project is unique, so our services are customised to meet specific needs with agility and precision.
  • Results-driven excellence. Our goal isn’t just to meet objectives – it’s to surpass them. We focus on outcomes and continually improving through feedback and performance metrics.
  • Leadership-led reliability. Senior directors lead every appointment, ensuring experienced decision-making, key expertise and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
