ESP leadership team

Philip is a Chartered Electrical Engineer, and coordinated the formation of ESP in 1997 as Managing Director. Starting his career as an electrician, he then trained as a graduate engineer gaining extensive experience and formal qualifications in building services design, consulting, contracting and management. Following a move into design and build contracting organisations, he was appointed as a director of a multi-discipline design consultancy, prior to forming ESP. Now, as Executive Chair, Philip provide leadership and management support to the business given his significant depth and diversity of engineering experience, management, commercial awareness and innovation.

Peter is a Regional Director at ESP and has been with the company for 15 years. He is an electrical engineer with over twenty years' experience in the construction industry. Peter has worked on schemes within various sectors including data centres, critical power systems, banking, retail, industrial, domestic, commercial, health, education, leisure and local authority.

Carl joined the ESP Croydon office in 2018 and is a Regional Director.  He is a degree qualified Engineer with over 30 years' experience ranging from practical engineering to strategic business management working across the financial, education and healthcare sectors in bespoke projects and frameworks.
