Project Description:

The project provided 164 dining spaces with offices, meeting rooms, an open plan Human Resource area, a two-storey ‘associate’ entrance and locker area. The project was phased to allow continued operation of the existing restaurant facilities while the additional internal dining space was created. The ‘associate’ facility was constructed similarly to ensure that there was no disruption to the ‘day to day’ operation of the facility.
