Project Description:
The redevelopment of two sites within close proximity of each other in Woodbridge, Suffolk.
The first phase involved a multi-unit development consisting of seven terraced town house, two retail units and four residential apartment blocks. The second phase comprised the construction of a community boat yard, inclusive of a boat yard shed, community centre, restaurant, three commercial retail units and 14 residential apartments.
