Project Description:
We have been involved with The Co-operative Group’s convenience store new build programme since 2015.
Our role includes feasibility survey and review of new build or existing acquisition sites to enable The Co-operative Group to make informed decisions on key elements affecting the proposed fit-out such as:
- Availability of adequate internal and external plant space
- Incoming utility supply arrangements /capacities and any alterations required
- Unusual building arrangements which may adversely impact the fit-out services installation
- Any unusual landlord requirements.
We arrange power supply upgrade and alteration works and arrange and oversee ground radar scans and CCTV drainage surveys.
